Shipping and returns

Shipping policy:

Please allow up to 4 to 5 hours to process your order. Expect an email confirmation with your reference number once your order has been processed.

Orders placed before 4pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed the next business day. Order placed on Saturday, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and/or What's App with real-time tracking information.

Return policy: 

Please contact us on support@haloandcolife.com If need to submit a return request. Kindly note that only products with any defects will be eligible for a free return within 3 calendar days. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send your return or exchange request by email to support@haloandcolife.com mentioning which products you would like to return or exchange. Please include a photo of the defected product and the reason for the request.

  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

  3. Place the return label on the original packaging and send all items back.
